Trick or Treat so kids can eat "Because Hunger Is A Really Scary Thing."

On Halloween Night, Oct. 31st, theatre students from Caddo Parish Talented Arts Program will be collecting nonperishable food in your neighborhood for the North West Louisiana Food Bank. Trick or Treat so Kids Can Eat is a nationwide community service project of the International thespian Society. ITS is the student honor society division of the Educational Theatre Association, the professional association for theatre education. During the time that kids are collecting candy, "our students" will be around to pick up food for the less fortunate. Thousands of students across the United States are working together to try to collect 375,000 pounds of food this year. All donations help people locally. Your support goes a long way to help eliminate hunger in our community.

Drop Off Locations: The Talented Arts Drama Room at CMM, CMHS, C.E. Byrd, Northwood, Captain Shreve. You may also drop off nonperishable food items at Karpele's Manuscript Museum Halloween Night between 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM. We hope you'll be able to contribute to our donation total.
